FOREWORD

Every person in this world born on the earth has history of his own. No doubt every event of his life has its own importance which are worth recording and due to the negligence one will not put down on paper. The great personalities who have written their Auto Biographies. Minutely take it in to consideration all those important acts and deeds which become history of their life.  “The Biographies of the great people are the inspiration and the guidance for the readers”.

 Humble History of my life started with erstwhile, Hyderabad. Nizam’s Government Service as Head Master on monthly salary of Rs. 6/-. Began the journey of my life while progressing in career there will be so many individuals who’s help and guidance will be ever remembered. Similarly in my life Professor VISHNU DUTT BHARATHI whom I can’t forget. In my initial stages his guidance could put me into proper directions and what I am today is because of him. Writing Biography should not be presumed as boosting the image of the self. But it will be a lesson and guidance for the younger generation. Who read Biographies and mould their life to become great and greater in their future course of life.

In my opinion those people who work hard and face challenges of life successfully come up in the life, getting name and fame in the society and having reorganization from all corners of the community. Acquiring knowledge, Wealth, Name & Fame is not great but serving the society and becoming humble in life as like “ A RIPED FRUIT TREE WHICH IS ALWAYS BENT” like our father of the nation MAHATMA GANDHI who was very simple and humble.

My Auto Biography is released on the auspicious occasion of (SASTIPOORTHI) 65th Birth Day. Here I say, let the omnipresent God give wisdom, peace and knowledge for those who want to become great in their lives.

bnEducated at DHARAMVANTH HIGH SCHOOL, Hyderabad upto Primary Level. In during 2nd World war our Grand “Father Narayana Swamy joined ARMY SERVICE, Shifted to ALWAL and our Father Joined Nollarum High School for 2years, and started going to School by Foot along the Railway Track from Alwal to Bollarum and he use to Collect Waste Coal Pieces along from the Railway Tracks for the Domestic Use. After the War Family Shifted back to Hyderabad, and joined for High Schooling at MUFEEDULLAM HAM HIGH SCHOOL, and.



Completed his Matriculation Examination in division from City College. Hyderabad in the year 1952. He was interested in Sports i.e., Volley Ball, cricket, Cycle Racing etc., and joined the national Cyclists Association and received a Cycle Championship Certificate on 21st of JANUARY 1952.

As a Private Student he appeared for the NATIONAL LANGUAGE ‘HINDI PRATHAMA’ Examination and was awarded the Certificate in NOVEMBER 1952. *One of his Close Friend Sri. Vishnu Dutt Bharathi whom he cannot forget in his life inspired him to join the College of Architecture in 1952, because he was good at drawing and Art Work Passed the 3 Years DIPLOMA EXAMINIATION IN ARCHITECTURE IN 1955 as well passed the Lower &Higher Grade Government Drawing Examination.

As a Private Student he appeared for the NATIONAL LANGUAGE ‘HINDI PRATHAMA’ Examination and was awarded the Certificate in NOVEMBER 1952. *One of his Close Friend Sri. Vishnu Dutt Bharathi whom he cannot forget in his life inspired him to join the College of Architecture in 1952, because he was good at drawing and Art Work Passed the 3 Years DIPLOMA EXAMINIATION IN ARCHITECTURE IN 1955 as well passed the Lower &Higher Grade Government Drawing Examination.

Since he was giving Tuition from the beginning the AADULT EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, Government of Hyderabad, appointed him on 22-6-1953 as a HEAD MASTER of the NETAJI RATHRI PATASHALA at Panjagutta, Hyderabad, vide Office Order No. 1653, Dt. 26-9-1953. He used to teach from 8-00 P.M to 10-00 P.M. on a Monthly Salary of O.S. Rs. 10/- per Month, i.e., about Rs. 6/- I.G. Present Currency, and started earning from Govt, Service. 

He joined the Social Education Worker’s Training course through ADULT EDUCATION DEPATMENT and Received the Social Welfare Course Certicicate on 31st MARCH 1954.

He was very much interested in Social Work and Helping others he has joined the Fire Fighting Course and Passed the Examination from the HYDERABAD FIRE SERVICES in the year 1954.

During Service in Municipal Corporation, the Department has recommended his Name for the Civil Engineering? Course which he has completed from Osmania University Engineering College in the year 1957.

During the service in C.P.W.D., New Delhi he joined the Country and Town Planning Course for the Municipal Administration and Completed the Course in Part time after the Office hours at Old Delhi, Ferozshah Kotla. 


 

With the Permission of the C.P.W.D. Department, Senior Architect, Permitted our Father to appear for the Town Planner’s Examination and his thesis was approved and Completed the TOWN PLANNING COURSE in 1959-’60.

 According to the Hindu Traditions the out standing homely Cultural Impressions of daily Rituals and Poojas and festivals, Visiting Temples and religious daily Prayers, after taking bath the Physical Exercise was Compulsory for every one in the family. That Habit continued for ever in life of our Father, because of the Regular Sadana keeps our Parents health quite fit hale and healthy even at this age of 65, he does not require Spectacles as he has perfect Eye Sight, He takes morning walk and attends daily Sadana, reads Ramayana & Bhagawatgita. Never had and health Problem never bed ridden, never takes Medicine and does not see films, and follows the Nature Cure Principals and Advises accordingly to others.

The Grand Old Aunt Durgamma Senior member of the Family who was about 90 years old, was keen to see the Marriage of our father who was hardly 13 years, and our Mathaji 11 years Age, he was Studying in 6th Standard at mufeedullah nam high school and Mother never Stepped for Schooling and the Marriage was Performed in the year 1947. When India was Celebrating the INDEPENDENCE. Though the couple were teen aged, for Name sake they were Wife and Husband but they were more like Brother and Sister till the Year of Maturity.

Our Grand Father Nareayana Swamy was ARMY Retired Person after 2nd World War in 1942 and there after he joined Service with REAJA DHARAM KARAN BAHADU while residing at Banjara Hills Road No. 7, Malwala Palace. After Completion of Matriculation our Father Started Small Business of TOFFEE & cigarettes in Small Electric Transformer Room, and our Grand Father Narayana Swamy left the Service from Raja Dharam Karan Bahadur and Shifted the residence to Panjagutta and Started Fire Wood Stall (after 2years Stay they have shifted to panjagutta ‘X’ Roads).

While studying the 2nd year Architecture Course, he has been appointed as a Licensed Draftsman by the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad because of his Sincerity and hard work. The commissioner Sri Durgaiah promoted him as ‘Section Officer. Un-imaginably at a time in 24 Hrs., he use to attend the College, attend the Municipal Service, giving Tuition to the Private Students, Working with City Builders at R.P. Road, Secunderabad from 6 to 8 P.M. and finally 8 to 10 P.M. He was TEACHING at Netaji Rathri Patashala. It was a very Revolutionary Time period In the life of our Father, The Most Amazing part in his life was having so much of Responsibilities of time Schedule he was Maintaining very high Progressive Studentship in the /college getting highest marks in the Subjects.

A Sorrowful incidence happened when our Elder Brother Mahananada Swamy who took birth on Full Moon day and the History Shows the Evidence that ‘THOWSE WHO BORN ON THE FULL BLOOMING NIGHT AS LIKE GOUTHAMA BUDDAH (THE SIDDARTHA)’ either will became a very great Person or they will not survive. The same thing with our Parents, our Brother /expired at the very Teen Age. To circumvent the sad Demise and to Console our Mother they went to Alampur. The fate had different turn and a big Evolution in their life just to Visit Kurnool Town Stayed in the Sri Sai Baba Temple On the day of arrival our Father just went by foot to see the ?town for a distance of more than 3 miles and happened to see one of his College Mate Mr. Shafeeuddin, who informed him that all his Friends Mr.Baig, Gopal, Khan are Staying in ‘B’ Camp and working in Kurnool P.W.D., he took him to their Tent and Spent more than 4 Hours, till 10 P.M. and they have invited our Father to Meet their Boss Chief Architect Mr. VINCENT ISSIC,

who was the Visiting Professor in the Architecture College. Next day at 8-30 A.M. he went to Wish Mr. ISSIC but he miss took my Father’s Visit and a great surprising turning event taken Place, and he readily offered Architectural Designing Post to My Father, that is a un-imaginable Turning point in the life of our Father, he Resigned the Post in M.C.H. and Served at Kurnool 2 ½ Years. In the Re-Organization between Telangana & Andhra. All the Offices Shifted to Hyderabad Capital City, some time Earlier our Father sent his Bio-Data to C.P.W.D., New Delhi, and he got the letter to appear before the Selection Committee for the Appointment of Architectural Assistant Post for the Construction of VIGNAN BHAVAN. He stood 1st in Test, then interviewed, Finally he was selected, then he Resigned P.W.D., at Hyderabad and Joined the Service C.P.W.D., at New Delhi.

During the Service Period at Delhi, he was staying with M.P., MOOTI VEDA KUMARY, the tallest highly qualified, Member of Parliament at 172, North Avenue, New Delhi which is adjacent to the Rashtrapathi Bhavan. In the year 1959 Dec. 10th. The American President Mr. EISENHOWER (IKE) visited New Delhi and the “Times of India”, India’s Highly Circulated News Paper Flashed the News on

The Front Page about IKE Swamy, who has Named after The president of United States of America Mr. EISENHOWER’S Nick Name IKE, accepted- the name of ‘IKE SWAMY’ and sent his best wishes for a Long and Successful life of the child from White House, It is with a view to Recalling Friendly and Cultural ties between the United States of America and India, and for Possessing a Statesman Like “IKE” in India an Solidarity Value, Liberty and un ending democracy, During his visit the United States President Planted a Sapling at Raj Ghaton on 10th Dec. 1959. and our Father was invited by the Mayor of Delhi for the ?reception arranged at Ramleela Grounds, New Delhi, in Honor of His Excellency Mr. DWIGHT D. ESIENHOWERM, President of United States of America,.

After 10 Years Mr. RICHARD NIXON became the President of United States of America, Knowing well about the IKE SWAMY’S Relations with the Former President of America MR. EISENHOWERM and sent Invitation for the Family to Plant the Sapling on 31st July 1969, along with him at Raj Ghat and our Parents were the Special VIP’s of American Government.

Our Father has been Invited by the Bazm-E-Osmania, Geddah (SAUDI ARABIA) for the Hyderabad 400 Years Celebrations Participated and submitted Urdu Poetry to the organizers, attended Mushaira Programmes at Riyaadh, Geddah and Yambo 1990, Held Exhibition of Philately old Coins Asif Jahi Rulers Photos and Coins, Osmania Dynasty Photo Exhibition at FRANKFURT, GERMANY & ATLANTA, USA 1991.

He Conducted Seminars / Conferences in India and Participated in ‘International Federation of Housing & Planning Conference’ TOKYO (JAPAN) attended International Vedic Conference at ATLANTA (USA) Oct. 1996, and Submitted Paper on THEME OF RE-VISITING INDUS SARASWATHI AGE ANCIENT INDIA & VEDAS, and met his EXOLTED HIGHNESS SRI. BASUDAV PANDE, Prime Minister of TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, and he has invited our Father for the Discourses of RAMYANA & BHAGWATGITA at TRINIDAD & TOBAGO. And given Discourses at ATLANTA (USA)

Venkateshwara Temple and further he has done lot of literary work in English, Urdu and Hindi which is yet to be printed on various subjects. He is quite and cheerful within himself. And at Present times he is fully satisfied person and God has helped him to achieve his Main Objects of Life. Since all the Children are well settled in U.S.A. and CANADA and every year he visits with our Mathaji to different Parts of the World.

With his strenuous efforts from the beginning of his Carrier he involved in Multifarious Activities taking part in Social Academic, Religious Activities of the Society, because of his hard work and sincere efforts and Honesty he could rise to the Present Level. With the blessings of the elders and his masters having regards and respect not only in Indian Society but in GERMANY, AMERICA, SAUDI ARABIA, the Cultural Organizations send him the Invitations to Participate in their Programmes.

It is our Pride privilege that we the Six Sons and Three Daughters taken Birth from their womb and we shall be getting purified with their blessings in our life.

One should not parents image. Otherwise it will be a mis-conception. It is only with a Motivation for the Younger Generation to take lesson and get inspiration that a Single Person coming from a Humble family background can raise to the Himalayan heights.

We the Brothers and Sisters Pray to the Omnipresent Load to give more Health, Peace of Mind and Perfect Health to become both our Mother & Father Centenarians.
